MARCH & DISTRICT POOL LEAGUE
A quick note regarding the Player of the Season competition. From Summer 2016 the PotS will be based on a players overall win%, rather than just being based on the first frame of each match only. To qualify for the competition each player must play at least 60% of the frames available. Frames that are gifted due to a team being short or not showing up do not count towards a players win%.
For the Summer League, the format of the Player of the Season competition is different to the Winter League. For the Summer League the winner of the PotS competition in each section will go into play-offs on Finals Day to decide who takes which trophy. The winner of Section 1 will play the winner of Section 2, the winner of Section 3 will play the winner of Section 4 in order to decide the finalists. There are 4 trophies up for grabs, so there will also be a 3rd place match as well as a Final.
